Pawterra Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer two shipping options for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping β€” Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping β€” Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Pawterrapro@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
